are you on windows 10 ive never set up the DS4 for nfs16, but my friend has one, you should try using steam to configure your DS4 or XBOX one controller, and then copying the steam controller method. Those are supported arent they? ive used mine with no problems whatsoever.
Then again im using the steam controller, which uses its overlay stuff to emulate xinput while the games running, youre having problems with an xbox one controller? Sorry man, copying dinput8.dll to that folder worked immediately for me, Ugh ea just make the games the way we want them, it cant have been hard to add a "disable wheel" switch somewhere TOOK A WHOLE YEAR FOR A REAL NERD TO FIGURE THIS OUT?
